Red X E-bikes are very affordable compared to other e-bikes on the market. You get top quality components including a Lithium-ion battery, Shimano gears and hydraulic disc brakes, at a price that makes sense for everyday South Africans.
How far can it go on one charge?
You can expect between 55 and 65km on a single charge under normal riding conditions. Using the pedal assist feature can help extend your range even further, making it ideal for longer commutes or off road rides.
How long does it take to charge?
A full charge takes between 7 and 8 hours on a standard plug. Charge it overnight and it will be ready to go in the morning. Extra chargers are also available at a small additional cost.

What is the top speed?
The Red X reaches a top speed of 45km/h, powered by a 48V 750W motor. That is more than enough for daily commuting, running errands, or getting around on gravel roads and sidewalks.
What is the maximum rider weight?
The Red X supports riders up to 150kg, making it suitable for a wide range of riders. The rugged fat bike frame is built to handle the load comfortably across all terrain types.
Where do I get spare parts?
One of the great advantages of the Red X is that any wear and tear items such as brakes, brake pads and tyres are standard sizes and available at your nearest bicycle shop. Parts are affordable and the bike requires virtually no maintenance.
